Other products that are relatively low in sodium, like sour cream, have anywhere from 10mg-45mg in a 2 tablespoon serving. It may not sound like much, but if your recipe uses 1/2 cup, that amounts to 40mg – 180mg depending on the brand… and that’s a big difference!
